An incident has occurred involving the 'Ring' oil pipeline in the Moscow region. This was reported by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine via social media.
On October 31, as a result of a GUR operation, a critical military facility in Russia - the 'Ring' oil pipeline, which supplied resources for military actions against Ukraine, was disabled.
This strategic infrastructure is located in the Ramensky district of the Moscow region.
Despite security measures, all three pipeline threads transporting fuel exploded simultaneously. The GUR confirmed that the oil pipeline is no longer operational.
Russian authorities dispatched specialists to the explosion site for investigation and repairs.
According to reports, this successful GUR operation represents a significant blow to the military capabilities of the aggressor state and its economy in the region.
The length of the pipeline was 400 kilometers. Fuel was sourced from several oil refineries. Annually, the 'Ring' pipeline had the capacity to transport up to 3 million tons of aviation fuel.
