As a result of a recent drone attack by Russian forces on the city of Shakhtarsk in the Dnipropetrovsk region, the number of injured individuals has risen to 11. This information was reported by the Dnipropetrovsk regional prosecutor in a message on Telegram.
“On the night of October 19, Russian military forces struck a residential area in Shakhtarsk, located in the Synelnykove district. As a result of the attack, 11 people were injured,” the report stated.
It was noted that the shelling damaged 7 multi-storey buildings, 27 vehicles (9 of which were destroyed), a store, and a power pole.
Additionally, strikes were also carried out on Nikopol, Mezheve, Mykolaiv, and Pokrov communities.
Under the procedural guidance of the Dnipropetrovsk regional prosecutor's office, criminal proceedings have been initiated regarding these war crimes (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
