According to the report, from 7 PM on Saturday, October 18, Russian forces launched an attack with 62 strike UAVs, including types such as Shahed, "Gerbera", and others, from directions like Millerovo, Kursk, Orel, Shatalovo, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk. Approximately 40 of these were Shahed drones.
The air assault was countered by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian defense forces.
Preliminary data as of 8:30 AM on Sunday, October 19, indicates that air defense has shot down or suppressed 40 drones in the northern and eastern parts of the country.
A total of 19 strikes have been recorded at 7 locations. The attack continues, with several enemy drones still in the airspace.
