The Ukrainian defense forces have regained control of the settlement of Small Shcherbaki in the Zaporizhzhia direction. This was reported by the 24th separate assault battalion "Aidar" on Telegram.
"Troops from the 24th separate assault battalion, together with comrades from the 33rd separate assault regiment, have raised the Ukrainian flag in Small Shcherbaki, which is now under our control," the message states.
"This success is the result of coordinated efforts and determination of all units. Each victory like this adds another page to our ongoing struggle, which continues daily despite the challenges and losses," the soldiers emphasized.
We remind you that the Dobropil counteroffensive operation of the Ukrainian defense forces is ongoing. During the operation, Ukrainian defenders liberated 180.8 square kilometers of Donetsk region, with another 212.9 square kilometers cleared of saboteurs.
