Since the evening of October 12, Ukrainian air defense forces have neutralized 69 out of 82 enemy drones. This was reported by the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine via Telegram.
From 8:00 PM on Sunday, October 12, Russian forces launched an attack with 82 strike drones of the Shahed type, "Herbera," and other types from the directions of Orel, Kursk, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk. About 50 of these were strike drones.
The air assault was countered by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of Ukraine's defense forces.
As of 9:00 AM on Monday, October 13, preliminary data indicates that air defense shot down 69 drones in northern, eastern, and southern Ukraine.
Hits from 13 strike drones were recorded at seven locations, along with debris falling at two other sites.
The attack continues, with several enemy drones still in the airspace, as warned by the Air Forces.
