An explosives and ammunition production facility, along with an oil transshipment terminal, has been hit, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In an effort to reduce the offensive capabilities and missile-strike potential of the enemy, Ukrainian Defense Forces targeted the infrastructure of the federal state enterprise «Factory named after Ya.M. Sverdlov» on the night of October 6.
This factory is one of Russia's largest producers of explosives and can equip nearly all types of ammunition - including aviation bombs and artillery shells, even guided ones, as well as warheads for various missile systems.
Numerous explosions and fires were reported at the target site.
Furthermore, the capacities of the AT «Marine Oil Terminal» in Feodosia (temporarily occupied Crimea) were also targeted. This multifunctional technological complex is involved in transshipping oil and petroleum products from rail tank cars to sea vessels and vice versa, supporting the occupying Russian army.
As a result of the successful strike, a large fire was recorded at the site.
Additionally, in the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea, there was a hit on an ammunition depot of the separate logistics battalion of the 18th combined arms army of the Russian Federation. The results of this strike are being confirmed.
The defense forces continue to take all necessary actions to undermine the military-economic potential of the Russian occupiers and compel the Russian Federation to cease its armed aggression against Ukraine.
