Air defense forces have successfully neutralized 112 out of 142 enemy drones.

Since 10 PM on Sunday, September 7, Russian forces launched an attack with 142 drones of the Shahed type, "Gerbera", and other types from various directions: Bryansk, Orel, Primorsko-Akhtarsk (RF), and Chauda (temporarily occupied Crimea), with over 100 of them being Shahed drones. The attack was countered by air force, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of Ukraine's defense forces. Preliminary data as of 8:30 AM on Monday, September 8, shows that air defense has downed/neutralized 112 enemy drones of the Shahed, "Gerbera" type, and others across northern, southern, eastern, and central Ukraine. Hits were recorded on 26 strike drones at seven locations, with debris falling at one site. Several enemy drones remain airborne as the attack continues.
