The missile attack by the Russian Federation on a demining humanitarian mission near Chernihiv has resulted in two fatalities and three injuries.

This was reported by the head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, Vyacheslav Chaus.

“We know of two fatalities. Three individuals are injured and receiving medical assistance,” he stated.

Chaus noted that the Russians deliberately targeted the workers of the humanitarian mission “Danish Refugee Council,” who were operating in the Kyseliv community near Chernihiv.

“Initially, the Russians littered the area with explosives and mines. Now they are killing civilians who risk their lives to clear our land from the consequences of the Russian invasion,” he emphasized.

Earlier reports indicated that as a result of the missile strike on the humanitarian mission, one person was killed and two were injured.
