It was noted that in Lyman, Russian forces damaged a multi-story building, a private house, and a store. In Kalenyky, the occupiers killed one person and destroyed a car. In Sloviansk, they damaged two non-residential buildings and 13 private homes. In Zeleny of the Oleksandrivska community, the Russians destroyed a garage and a workshop, while in Iverske of the Novodonetska community, five houses were demolished.
In Druzhkivka, the occupiers injured seven people, destroying a branch of "Nova Poshta," a shop, and a café.
In Kostiantynivka, Russian strikes claimed the lives of nine individuals, with another seven suffering injuries. The Russians also damaged six apartment buildings, ten private homes, a shopping center, a store, five trade pavilions, and two vehicles.
In Siversk, the Russians killed one person and injured two others. Additionally, the occupiers destroyed two private houses and a car.

On the night of September 3, Russian troops shelled Druzhkivka using the "Smerch" MLRS, hitting residential apartment buildings. Seven civilians were injured, including a minor.
