In the past day, Russian troops launched 100 attacks on 36 localities in the Sumy region, resulting in injuries to a 62-year-old man.

From the morning of August 30 to the morning of August 31, 2025, according to the administration, the enemy carried out 100 bombardments across 14 territorial communities.
The highest number of strikes was recorded in the Sumy, Shostka, and Konotop districts.
The enemy delivered over 10 strikes using KABs, conducted up to 20 drops of VOGs from drones, and around 20 attacks with MLRS. Additionally, they employed FPV drones.
In the Druzhba community, a 62-year-old man was injured as a result of a drone strike, and a private house was damaged.
In the Putivl community, private homes and a vehicle were damaged, while in Shostka, civilian infrastructure was affected.
Air raid alerts in the region lasted for 19 hours and 44 minutes.
During the day, 5 people were evacuated from border communities.
