Aftermath of Enemy Strikes in Zaporizhzhia

Rescue operations in Zaporizhzhia have concluded following a night strike that injured 28 individuals.

In Zaporizhzhia, rescue efforts have been completed at the sites of enemy strikes. A Russian attack on the night of August 30 resulted in injuries to 28 people, as reported by the regional military administration.

This information was provided by the Zaporizhzhia regional administration and the State Emergency Service.

According to rescuers, eight individuals have been hospitalized, including three children: a 9-year-old boy, a 10-year-old boy, and a 16-year-old girl. Emergency service teams rescued six people, one of whom was a child. Psychologists from the emergency service assisted 26 citizens, including three children.

Rescuers extinguished fires in apartments on the third floors of two five-story buildings, covering an area of 230 square meters. They also dealt with fires in five residential houses, a service station, and a café, with a total area of 550 square meters.

Later, at 15:32, the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov, wrote on his Telegram channel:
“Already 30 injured: victims of the night enemy attack continue to seek medical assistance. Some have shrapnel wounds, cuts, and acute stress reactions.”
