Since 8 PM on Thursday, August 28, Russian invaders launched a total of 68 strike drones of the Shahed type and various UAV imitators from the regions of Kursk, Millerovo, Bryansk, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk.

The attack was countered by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian defense forces.

Preliminary data as of 8 AM on Friday indicates that air defense shot down 46 Russian drones of the Shahed type and various imitator UAVs in the northern and eastern parts of the country.

Strikes from 22 enemy drones were recorded at nine locations in the Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
