As a result of Russian strikes on the city of Kherson on the morning of August 27, one person has died and three others have been injured.

This was reported by the Kherson regional military administration and the regional prosecutor's office via Telegram.

According to officials: "Around 05:00, Russian forces shelled the Dnipro district. A woman born in 1972, who was at home, was hit by the attack."

The woman sustained severe injuries, including burns, and was hospitalized.

Later, the prosecutor's office confirmed that an 81-year-old woman had died as a result of the shelling.

Approximately at 06:30, Russian forces attacked the central part of Kherson using drones, resulting in injuries to a 67-year-old man.

The man sustained a concussion and serious head injuries. He was taken to the hospital in moderate condition.

It was also reported that another victim, a 56-year-old man, sought medical help after a drone attack, suffering from blast injuries and facial wounds.
