On August 21, a Russian strike hit Mukachevo in the Transcarpathian region, injuring twelve individuals.
This information was shared by the Mukachevo City Council on Facebook and by the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration, Myroslav Biletsky, on Telegram.
According to the authorities: "As of 7:00 AM, 10 injured individuals were taken to St. Martin's Hospital, and another 2 sought medical attention on their own."
It was reported that 5 individuals are currently hospitalized, and one patient has been transferred to the regional hospital.
"All victims have received timely medical assistance and are provided with everything necessary. Their condition is stable," the city council stated.
Additionally: Later, Myroslav Biletsky reported that the Russian strike caused damage to warehouses in Mukachevo and a fire broke out.
"As of 7:00 AM, a rescue operation is ongoing. Emergency services and law enforcement are working at the scene. Twelve people sustained various injuries, and all are receiving the necessary assistance," Biletsky stated.
