Sumy Region: firefighters have successfully dealt with the aftermath of Russian strikes in the city of Sumy and the Shostka community.

In the regional center, buildings of one of the higher educational institutions were damaged. A large fire broke out. Due to the threat of subsequent strikes, firefighters temporarily halted their work. All fire spots were extinguished. In the Shostka community, residential areas were hit by Russian strikes. The flames engulfed houses and outbuildings. The fires have been subdued. Preliminary reports indicate that there were no casualties.
