This morning, a new escalation occurred in Zaporizhzhia, resulting in 17 people injured. The head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov, reported this via Telegram, as noted by Ukrinform.

«The number of injured due to the attack on Zaporizhzhia has reached 17 people,» he wrote.

It is known that the explosions damaged residential buildings, businesses, and commercial spaces, and partially destroyed a bus stop. A fire broke out at the site, with firefighters, police, and medical personnel on the scene. A crater formed from the explosion, from which rescuers managed to pull out a person, whose life is now in jeopardy.

«From the crater created by the explosion, police and rescuers retrieved a person with severe burns. Medical staff are fighting for their life,» Fedorov stated.
