Drone Attack: Latest Insights on the Night Raid

On the night of August 11-12, Russian forces launched attacks using 48 Shahed strike drones and various other UAVs, alongside 4 Iskander-M ballistic missiles.

This information was shared by the Air Force via Telegram.

The strike drones targeted the regions of Sumy and Donetsk, while the missiles struck Chernihiv region.

Preliminary reports as of 9:00 indicate that Ukrainian air defense shot down and neutralized 36 enemy Shahed drones and various imitator drones in the northern and eastern parts of the country.

There were confirmed hits from 12 UAVs and 3 missiles across 7 locations.

During the aerial assault, air defense missile forces, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were actively engaged in countering the threat.
