During the night, a missile strike targeted a military training unit of the Ukrainian Ground Forces, leading to one fatality.

This was reported by the Ground Forces on their Facebook page.

According to the information, personnel were properly alerted following the "Missile Threat" signal.

Despite the safety measures in place, a group of soldiers was caught in the strike zone of cluster munitions while moving to designated shelters.

There is one confirmed death and 11 individuals injured with varying degrees of severity. Additionally, 12 soldiers sought medical assistance for acoustic trauma and acute stress symptoms.

Emergency services are currently on-site providing necessary medical aid to the injured.

The Ground Forces Command extends heartfelt condolences to the family of the deceased.

In order to safeguard lives and health, ongoing efforts are being made to equip training centers and military facilities with reliable shelters, and additional safety measures are being implemented to protect personnel during missile and air attacks.
