The Russian military launched an attack on a vital infrastructure site in the Sumy region, resulting in power outages for a portion of the population.

This was reported by Oleg Grygorov, the head of the Sumy Regional State Administration, on Facebook.

«The Russian army has struck a critical infrastructure facility in the Sumy district. As a result of the attack, part of the area is now without power,» he stated in his message.

Grygorov noted that restoration efforts are currently underway.
