On the night of June 23, a devastating shelling by Russian forces resulted in the destruction of the clinic "CSM. Bila Tserkva" in Kyiv region, where patients with disabilities were undergoing rehabilitation.

This facility typically provided recovery services to children from the Fastiv Educational-Rehabilitation Center, patients recovering from strokes, palliative care patients, as well as military personnel after injuries and captivity, as reported on the clinic's Facebook page.

The shelling obliterated the clinic's building, its rehabilitation and physiotherapy departments, and the inpatient facility.

"The clinic, which offered children with disabilities a chance at a better life, was destroyed by a direct hit," stated the TulSun foundation, which had supported this clinic for over two years.
