The Upper Syrovatska community in the Sumy region has become the site of a horrific tragedy due to enemy shelling, leading to numerous civilian casualties and large-scale fires.

In the dead of night, Russian forces launched a series of strikes on one of the localities within the community.

This brutal attack caused significant destruction in the residential sector. Approximately 15 buildings caught fire across six private households.

Emergency services managed to rescue three individuals from the debris and also recovered the body of a deceased child.

Despite the high fire risk, rescuers successfully extinguished all active flames.

According to preliminary reports, three people lost their lives in the attack, including one child, while six others were injured.
