A dangerous incident occurred in Kherson due to the explosion of an unknown device on the morning of June 23.

According to local authorities: "A 28-year-old resident of Kherson picked up an unidentified explosive, which detonated in his hands. As a result, he sustained explosive injuries and multiple fractures in his arm." - Kherson Regional Administration

Details: The victim was hospitalized in moderate condition.
