In the Kupiansk district of Kharkiv region, local authorities have declared a mandatory evacuation from 7 settlements due to increased shelling.

Direct quote: "Due to intensified enemy shelling in the Kupiansk district, a decision has been made to evacuate residents from 7 settlements of the Shevchenkiv community. These are the villages: Baranivka, Berezivka, Novomykolaivka, Spodovivka, Starovirivka, Duvanka, and Fedorivka."

Details: Synegubov added that over the past two months, due to shelling with cluster munitions, multiple rocket launchers, and drones, two people have died, and five have been injured, including a 16-year-old boy. A total of 87 private homes and 27 apartment buildings have been damaged.

In total, 181 children are planned to be evacuated to safe locations.
