Restoration Efforts in Kyiv Following Night Attack

Kyiv authorities are actively working on restoring infrastructure in the aftermath of the recent night attack.

In the capital of Ukraine, efforts are ongoing to address the aftermath of the recent night bombardment, with local authorities showcasing the restoration of damaged infrastructure and metro services.

Approximately 70 specialists from various departments of the "Kyiv Metro" municipal enterprise are involved in the restoration efforts.

Additionally, 4 district road maintenance departments from the municipal corporation "Kyivavtodor" are also engaged. At the damage sites, 26 specialists and 14 units of specialized equipment are working, including loaders and dump trucks that are clearing debris and repairing damaged road surfaces.

Quote: "Municipal services are responding swiftly to the consequences of enemy attacks to restore safe passage on the capital's roads as quickly as possible."

Background: As a result of a massive night attack on June 6, the metro tracks and cables between the "Darnytsia" and "Livoberezhna" stations were damaged on the red line.

The estimated time for restoration is about one day.

In the meantime, a substitute bus route No. 1M has been organized between the "Lisova" and "Arsenalna" stations.
