On the night of May 28, Russian forces launched strikes on the Kirovohrad and Kharkiv regions.

Strike on Kirovohrad Region: Impact on the Industry in Svitlovodsk
Three individuals were injured at an industrial facility in Svitlovodsk due to the Russian strike. This information was provided by the head of the Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration, Andriy Raikovych.
He stated that a fire broke out at the facility after the strike, which was later contained by rescuers. Additionally, 76 private houses and one nine-story building were damaged in the city due to the bombardment.
Night Strike on Kharkiv Region: Eight Injured
In the Kharkiv region, during the night of May 28, at least eight people were injured due to drone attacks.
This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Synegubov.
In the village of Vasyshcheve, three men aged 51, 43, and 59 were injured, along with a 4-year-old girl who experienced acute stress reaction due to the attack.
Another four individuals were injured in the village of Eschar, including men aged 63 and 80, as well as women aged 63 and 71.
Emergency services are working at the impact sites in both regions, documenting the aftermath of the Russian attacks and providing assistance to the injured.
