On the night of May 6, Russian forces launched a drone attack on Kharkiv. Over the course of two hours, the city recorded 20 strikes in various areas.

Direct quote: "For two hours, Kharkiv was under a massive attack by hostile drones. During this time, 17 strikes were recorded. Four districts were affected: Shevchenkivskyi, Kyivskyi, Holodnohirskiy, and Industrial. Currently, there are reports of two injured people."

Details: According to the mayor, one of the strikes caused a fire at one of the largest markets in the Kyiv district.

The head of the Kharkiv regional prosecutor's office, Dmytro Yatsychenko, reported that Russian drones hit a private enterprise, a shopping center, and private homes.

Later, Terekhov reported that, according to updated information, Kharkiv experienced 20 strikes by “Shaheds” across four districts at eight locations.

Updated: At 06:47, the head of the Kharkiv OVA, Oleg Synegubov, reported that the number of injured has risen to four.

“A 59-year-old and a 44-year-old man also experienced acute stress reactions,” added Synegubov.
