The main focus is on intelligence, particularly attempts to gain access to situational awareness systems and defense enterprises that could influence operational conditions at the front.

Analysts note that in 2024, the Russian cyber strategy has entered a new phase: larger, more complex, and better-coordinated campaigns with a high threat level to critical infrastructure.

Despite this, due to enhanced cybersecurity measures in Ukraine, improved threat detection, and close international cooperation, a significant portion of attacks has been thwarted at the preparation stage.
