Google has unveiled a suite of new artificial intelligence features in Workspace tailored for corporate users. A standout addition is the ability to create podcasts sourced from documents in Google Docs.

This feature was initially introduced in NotebookLM in the fall of 2024, but it was not available in Ukraine at that time. Now, it is rolling out to Workspace users around the globe. The AI will be capable of not just narrating the text in a document but also generating a podcast featuring two hosts discussing the content.

While Google has yet to disclose the supported languages, this feature is expected to be available in the coming weeks.

Additionally, a new function called Help me refine will act as a personal AI editor, offering suggestions on how to enhance written content. This feature is scheduled to launch within this quarter.

In Google Sheets, a new function named Help me analyze will also be introduced. Gemini will analyze data in sheets, generate illustrative charts, and identify trends. This feature is expected to be available by the end of 2025.
