"Nova Post" has introduced a new tool utilizing artificial intelligence that conducts daily inspections of each logistics branch, ensuring compliance with set standards.

According to Forbes Ukraine, R&D Director Yevheniy Khomenko stated that this initiative has significantly reduced costs associated with physical inspections by top management and improved service quality.

Previously, the company relied on standard checks: a territorial manager would visit partner branches, announcing their visit in advance. "They arrive, and everything is as per the manual. Yet, we hear that customers have a different perspective," he noted.

The R&D director explained that "Nova Post" has implemented technology that allows for automatic monitoring of standard compliance — all branches are equipped with cameras and must adhere to specific criteria outlined in a checklist.

The AI takes daily photos of each branch and analyzes them for compliance. "Where is our employee? Are they in uniform? Are marketing communications in place? Is the trash bin overflowing?" — explained Yevheniy Khomenko.

The expert emphasized that automation has allowed the company to significantly reduce time and resources spent on quality control across various branches while enhancing overall service quality. "We are training our AI models to offer recommendations that improve collaboration with business partners. We have ceased partnerships with some companies because technologies, especially AI, can replace their services," concluded the executive.

As of July 31, 2025, according to "Nova Post", the operator processed 238 million parcels and shipments in the first half of 2025, which is a 7% increase compared to the same period in 2024. From January to September 2025, the company increased its consolidated net profit by 35.1% compared to the same period last year — reaching 2.876 billion UAH; consolidated net revenue rose by 21.7% — to 45.727 billion UAH.

As previously reported, "Nova Post" is preparing to test entirely new models of automated parcel lockers. This involves four solutions: plastic lockers, foam modular constructs, custom drop boxes, and CONVENIQ.

"All these solutions are currently being prepared for testing in Ukraine. If successful, these innovations will be deployed in cities and villages across the country," the largest commercial logistics company in Ukraine recently announced.

Additionally, it is worth noting that starting December 1, 2025, "Nova Post" will update its tariffs. The tariff update is necessary to maintain the usual speed and quality of service. However, tariffs for parcel deliveries under 2 kg and shipments from towns or villages will remain unchanged.
