Advancing Digital Services: New Opportunities for Citizens in Ukraine
The Ukrainian government has laid out an ambitious digitalization plan involving 25 government agencies, including the Ministry of Digital Transformation. The primary goal is to simplify access to services for every citizen, eliminating paperwork and long queues.
The plan aims to digitalize over 30 areas, such as education, healthcare, veterans' social protection, and more. Among the initiatives are remote driving theory exams and online registration for divorce.
The Ministry of Digital Transformation is continuing to enhance the state’s digital services to provide citizens with quicker, hassle-free access, reducing bureaucracy and saving time. Our mission is to create a more efficient and user-friendly government.
