Google has announced a funding allocation of $1.5 million to support the Ukrainian educational project "Dream". These funds will be used to implement a nationwide initiative in schools and to conduct pilot programs in kindergartens while attracting new users.

The primary goal of "Dream" is to engage over 500,000 parents and students by creating a centralized hub that unites all participants of the educational process. Recently, the project announced new artificial intelligence features aimed at helping children discover their talents. AI will also be used to optimize teachers' workflows, and in the future, the technology may assist in creating tests.

"At Google, we believe that education is the foundation for building a successful future, and the 'Dream' platform is a vivid example of this vision. Our support will help the 'Dream' team expand its reach, integrate cutting-edge AI tools for personalized learning, and empower Ukrainian students, teachers, and parents. This support is a testament to our shared mission—to use technology to open new opportunities for everyone," said Rowan Barnett, Director of Google.org Europe.

The support from Google will be realized through a partnership with the Eastern Europe Foundation, which serves as a key intermediary in implementing initiatives and programs aimed at developing "Dream".

"Google's support is an important signal that Ukraine is creating innovative products that change people's lives and open new possibilities for our children. In September, over 2,000 schools began training with 'Dream'. By 2026, we will start piloting early childhood education and developing a concept for higher education institutions. Thanks to Google’s support, we will be able to accelerate product development and add new AI-based features and tools," said Mykhailo Fedorov, First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine.

In September 2024, "Dream" was launched in test mode, and in April 2025, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced that the web portal and application became accessible to all interested schools. More information about the project and how to join can be found on the official website.
