Ukrainian developers have launched a program called Clarity, which utilizes artificial intelligence to automatically detect military equipment and adversaries. This announcement was made by Mykhailo Fedorov, the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation.

“Previously, analysts spent countless hours manually analyzing drone data. Now, Ukrainian developers have found a solution. Meet Clarity – the cutting-edge AI program for processing photo and video data,” he stated.

According to the official, the program can quickly identify equipment and signs of enemy presence in images. It significantly speeds up the analysis process, saving up to 90% of analysts' time and operates on a standard laptop.

Fedorov highlighted that the company behind Clarity won a competition for pre-seed startups at the Happy New Fear Hackathon by Brave1 and secured a grant that facilitated the development of an enhanced version of the program – Clarity Pro.

Key features of Clarity Pro include:

  • decoding photos and videos in seconds;
  • linking images to geographic coordinates;
  • automatically generating and processing orthophotos.

According to the First Deputy Prime Minister, Clarity is already in use by over 250 pilots, analysts, and scouts from various units, including “Achilles,” “Nemesis,” “Rubizh,” 40th OBtB, and others. The program is continuously improved based on their feedback.

Additionally, Brave1 recently announced the launch of new competitions for the development of explosive production, autonomous drones, and tactical ballistic missiles. The budget for these projects may reach 100-150 million UAH.

Previously, Mykhailo Fedorov also mentioned that a new air-to-air defense system is being developed to protect Ukraine's airspace, capable of covering large areas.
