Mykhailo Fedorov, Deputy Prime Minister for Innovation, Education, Science and Technology, has announced the introduction of an AI Assistant in Action. Beta testing will begin in June on the portal. This AI Assistant will help users obtain necessary services and find the nearest CNAP, with plans for voice interaction in the future.

«We have rethought our approach to Action. Back in 2019–2020, we created an intuitive application that allowed users to quickly access services. However, AI is changing consumer habits. Any service that doesn't resemble ChatGPT or similar models requires a reassessment of its use. To achieve the best experience, we need to transform Action into an AI product», — emphasized Mykhailo Fedorov.

During the DOU Day event, the Deputy Prime Minister shared that the AI Assistant will be available in beta format on the Action portal starting this June. Users will be able not only to access services through AI but also to find answers to questions, such as whether a specific certificate is needed for traveling abroad and how to locate the nearest CNAP.

It is also planned that the AI agent will be able to send certificates and, in the future, will manage the entire service acquisition process. For example, a user may describe their situation, and the AI will suggest the necessary service. If, for instance, someone writes: «A rocket hit my house», the AI agent understands that the user needs to apply for the Recovery service and sends a request to the appropriate commission.

In the future, voice requests and communication with Action will be possible just like with other modern models.
