A youth football tournament dedicated to the memory of soldier Pavel Petrychenko from the 59th Separate Motorized Brigade will take place in Kyiv.
This was announced by the soldier's sister, Marina, on her Instagram.
The annual event is scheduled for April 26 at 4 Vasyl Ivanis Street in the capital of Ukraine. The charitable contributions will go towards purchasing drones for the "academics and microscopes gang" within the UAV company of the "Height Predators" battalion, 59th OShBr.
The spectator admission fee will be 250 UAH, while the participants' fee is set at 1000 UAH.

- 09:30 – 12:00 Morning session — matches of youth teams
- Awarding of young footballers
- 12:30 Memorial ceremonial opening
- 13:00 – 19:00 Afternoon session — matches of adult teams
- Awarding of winners
Pavel Petrychenko was born in Kyiv and participated in the Euromaidan protests, later working with the charity fund of Serhiy Prytula. Since 2022, he served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine in aerial reconnaissance. He was killed on April 15, 2024, while performing a combat mission in Avdiivka.
Recall that in early March, a charity auction took place with the participation of Ukrainian sports stars, raising funds to support the 12th Special Purpose Brigade "Azov".
