The head coach of Ukraine's women's team, Jitka Klimkova, stated that her team has prepared well for the match against the Czechs, leading to a more focused game today.

Her comments were reported by Fotbal.cz.

"The Czechs have prepared well for us. In our last match, they effectively closed down our attacks, and we couldn't play as we wanted to," Klimkova noted.

"Now we are much better prepared for this, and we also know what we need to improve in our game. The girls are well aware of what to focus on during training," she added.

Remember, today, April 8, the Ukrainian women's team will face the Czech Republic in the 4th round of the Nations League.

Currently, the "blue-yellow" team is leading the group. A few days ago, Ukraine narrowly defeated the Czechs (1:0).

Vladimir Pyatenko's team has accumulated 9 points from 3 matches. In the first two rounds of the Nations League, the Ukrainian women's team won against Albania (2:1) and Croatia (2:1).

The Czech Republic team has 6 points. They started the Nations League with wins over Croatia (4:0) and Albania (5:1).

To advance, the "blue-yellow" team must either win the group or win a playoff against the third team from Division A if they finish in second place.
