Today, April 2, the fourth match of the final series took place between Kremenchuk and Kyiv Capitals.
The game ended with a score of 3:1 in favor of the capital club. Now the Capitals lead the series (3-1). The next match could be decisive.
Vadym Shakhraychuk's team started strong. Just 9 minutes in, Serhiy Chernenko opened the scoring, and two minutes later, Canadian recruit Yang Hu doubled the lead.
In the second period, Kremenchuk had a chance to equalize, but Vitaliy Lyalka missed a penalty shot. However, they managed to score shortly after, with Gevorkyan capitalizing on a power play.
Midway through the third period, the Kyiv team also took advantage of a power play. Latvian Berdnix made a long shot, which likely surprised goalkeeper Eduard Zakharchenko.
With just two minutes left, an alarm interrupted the match. After a half-hour break, the teams resumed play, but the score remained unchanged.
