On Saturday, November 1st, last season's silver medalist in the Ukrainian championship, Kyiv Capitals, played another match in the Baltic League, where they achieved a resounding victory over Riga Prizma. The match ended with a score of 6:2.
The Kyiv team effectively utilized their power play, scoring three goals during a one-player advantage. Two of these goals occurred in the first period, giving the team a comfortable lead.
At the start of the second period, Kyiv Capitals were leading their opponent 4:0. Riga managed to score two goals and reduce the deficit, but Capitals responded with two more goals in the final period.
