The Ukraine national football team celebrates its second consecutive victory in the 2026 World Cup qualifying tournament. In the fourth round of qualification, the ‘blue and yellows’ defeated the Azerbaijan team 2:1.
Goals were scored by Oleksiy Hutsulyak and Ruslan Malinovskyi.
Recall that in the third round, the Ukrainians also triumphed over the Iceland team with a score of 5:3.
After four matches, the Ukraine team has seven points and is in second place in their group, trailing only France.
The next matches for the ‘blue and yellows’ will be on November 13 against France and November 16 against Iceland.
