Ukrainian freediver Kateryna Sadurska has once again elevated the national flag by winning a gold medal at the International Freediving Development Association competition. This marks her second victory in a month.
The news was confirmed by the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Underwater Sports Federation.
On the first day of the AIDA world depth championship, she achieved a remarkable dive of 75 meters in the women’s constant weight without fins category.
Earlier this month, at the world championship organized by the World Underwater Activities Federation (CMAS), Kateryna also claimed gold in the same event, diving 76 meters.
The Ministry of Sports noted that Kateryna Sadurska now has 8 gold medals from world championships in her collection.
