Ukraine has secured its third medal at the WAKO World Games taking place in Chengdu!

Alina Martynyuk claimed the bronze in the 60 kg category, defeating Indonesian athlete Susanta Ndapataku with a score of 3:0 over three rounds.

This achievement mirrors her bronze success from Birmingham 2022, making Alina a proud owner of two bronze medals from the World Games!

Congratulations to Alina, and we look forward to more achievements! Two more medals in kickboxing WAKO are guaranteed by Gleb Mazur (63.5 kg) and Roman Shcherbatiuk (91+ kg). We will find out what type of medals they will earn during the finals starting at 1:00 PM and 3:20 PM Kyiv time.
