Renowned Ukrainian cyclist Yulia Biryukova is set to participate in the women’s super stage race Giro d’Italia 2025.

This news comes from her team's press service, Laboral Kutxa, which has announced the roster for the race.

Alongside Biryukova, the Laboral Kutxa team will also feature Nayia Amondarain, Laura Tomazi, Arianna Fidanza, Usoa Ostalosa, Ane Santesteban, and Alice Arduzzi at Giro-2025.

It’s worth noting that last week, Biryukova was crowned the absolute champion of Ukraine, winning both the time trial and the road race. Previously, she finished eighth overall in the stage race Tour de Pyrénées. Earlier this May, Biryukova participated in the first Grand Tour of the season, the Vuelta.

The women’s Giro d’Italia 2025 will take place from July 6 to July 13.
