According to reports, the incident occurred on the highway near Chornomorsk. Three young men in military uniforms blocked the cyclist's path, identified themselves as employees of the Territorial Recruitment Center, and began demanding documents from the man, accompanying their actions with violence.

It is reported that the perpetrators, who according to the police have no affiliation with military service, forced the victim into the vehicle.

The cyclist managed to report the incident by calling emergency services at 102. Police quickly located the victim and determined that the attackers were members of a local civic organization that lacks authority to conduct mobilization activities.

The three suspects, aged 22, 25, and 27, had their vehicle seized, along with membership cards from the civic organization and other material evidence relevant to the investigation.

Currently, the offenders are facing charges for the unlawful assumption of authority accompanied by socially dangerous actions, as well as for the illegal deprivation of liberty, which involved inflicting physical suffering on the victim.
