In the Kyiv region, law enforcement officers have arrested three individuals for brutally attacking a 16-year-old boy.

The assailants recorded their actions on their phones. The minor suffered physical injuries and severe emotional distress.

The incident was reported by the victim's brother, according to the Bilotserkiv district police.

Within an hour, law enforcement established the whereabouts of the attackers, who turned out to be a 29-year-old man and two 26-year-old residents of the Malovishniansk community.

“Searches were conducted at the homes of the suspects and the crime scene, during which the tools of the crime and other material evidence were seized,” said the senior inspector for communications.

All three were detained and placed in a temporary holding facility. The court imposed a preventive measure of detention without the right to bail for 60 days.

The investigators charged the men under part 2 of Article 127 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – torture committed by a group of persons in premeditated conspiracy.

The court has chosen a preventive measure of detention for 60 days without the right to bail. For their actions, they face up to 10 years in prison.

It is worth noting that there have been previous cases of violence against teenagers. For instance, in Poltava region, four minors bullied a 10-year-old boy, and in Truskavets, a group of teenagers assaulted an 18-year-old boy with disabilities.

Additionally, the Lviv police opened a criminal investigation against a 15-year-old girl who brutally beat her 16-year-old friend.
