In the capital of Ukraine, reconstruction work is ongoing for a building that will serve as a Center for the comprehensive rehabilitation of youth and children with disabilities. This was announced by the Deputy Head of the Kyiv City State Administration, Marina Honda.

She reminded that the design of the facility began even before the full-scale invasion. The center will be part of a unified city rehabilitation space, providing assistance to over 1,600 residents of the area with disabilities, including about 700 young people and more than 900 children. Marina Honda expressed hope that the contractor and the client would fulfill their commitments and complete the main works by the end of 2025. Once opened, the facility will enable comprehensive medical, psychological, and social support for children and youth with disabilities.
