US President Donald Trump stated that he will disclose important details regarding the "peace agreement" between Russia and Ukraine in the coming days.
Source: Trump made the announcement during an Easter event at the White House on April 21, according to "European Truth".
Details: When asked about potential aspects of the "peace agreement" that the US aims to establish between Ukraine and Russia, Trump assured that he would "announce the full details within the next three days".
"We had very productive meetings regarding Ukraine and Russia," he added.
Later, responding to a question about the possibility of such a "peace agreement" being concluded this week, the American president replied affirmatively.
"There is a very good chance," Trump said.
Previously, Bloomberg reported that US proposals for a "peace agreement" between Russia and Ukraine included easing sanctions against Russia in exchange for a prolonged ceasefire, potential recognition of the 2014 annexation of Crimea, and Ukraine's non-alignment with NATO.
Now, the US is awaiting a response from Kyiv, which is expected to be presented at a meeting of American, Ukrainian, and European officials in London at the end of this week.
