The United States has yet to make a final decision regarding the reduction of its military presence in Europe, but is currently reviewing its military structure.

Media reports earlier indicated that the US is considering withdrawing up to 10,000 troops from Eastern Europe.

This information emerged as the US Army Command in Europe and Africa announced the relocation of American military personnel and equipment from the Yasionka airport in Poland, a key hub for supporting Ukraine.

Polish Defense Minister Mariusz Błaszczak assured at the time that the withdrawal of US troops from the strategic Rzeszów airport does not signal that the US plans to completely leave Poland.
