On February 12, a new meeting of the Contact Group regarding Ukraine's defense will take place in Brussels. According to NATO’s website, the session will start at 16:45 Kyiv time, chaired by Germany and the United Kingdom.
Ukrainian Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov will also participate in this significant event.
In the first half of the day, a meeting of NATO defense ministers is planned, followed by an informal meeting of the Ukraine-NATO Council.
NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte stated that the new Ukrainian defense minister will join the ministers and discuss how allies can enhance their support and make it more effective.
German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius emphasized the need for new commitments from partners regarding the rapid strengthening of Ukraine's air defense.
