During the Fourth Parliamentary Summit of the Crimean Platform, President Volodymyr Zelensky expressed Ukraine's intention to include a crucial point in the peace plan regarding the release of all Ukrainian prisoners and the return of children abducted by Russia.
He emphasized that Ukraine will continue to collaborate with international partners, particularly the United States, in seeking a compromise that strengthens its position. The state will clarify the dangers of ignoring aggression.
"Do not be passive observers of history. Be active participants in it!" – he urged summit attendees.
Zelensky also highlighted the impossibility of changing borders by force. Since November 23, negotiations have been ongoing in Geneva between the Ukrainian delegation and representatives from the U.S. and Europe. Ukraine is working to amend the points of the "peace plan" presented by the U.S. that threaten its sovereignty.
