The Head of the President's Office, Andriy Yermak, is in Turkey with a delegation led by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky. Yermak announced this on his Telegram channel.
«We have arrived in Turkey to participate in meetings with President Volodymyr Zelensky. All scheduled discussions are proceeding as planned and in a productive atmosphere», he noted.
Yermak emphasized that he is in constant contact with the administration of Donald Trump, specifically with Special Representative Steve Witkoff. «Together with our American partners, we are working to end Russian aggression against Ukraine and achieve a just peace», he highlighted.
As reported, President Volodymyr Zelensky will visit Turkey on November 19 for a working trip to meet with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. The discussions will focus on efforts to end the war, including the resumption of negotiations.
Prior to this, Andriy Yermak stated in a meeting with Acting U.S. Chargé d'Affaires in Ukraine, Julie Davis, that high-profile corruption cases must lead to real outcomes rather than be used to destabilize the situation in the country.
On November 10, NABU announced a special operation to expose corruption in the energy sector. The investigation revealed that members of a criminal organization had built a large-scale influence scheme over strategic state enterprises, including NAEC «Energoatom».
