President Volodymyr Zelensky attended the opening of the 80th session of the UN General Assembly in New York, assuring that Ukraine's voice will resonate strongly. He shared this via Telegram.
«I participated in the opening of the 80th session of the UN General Assembly. Ukraine's voice will be particularly strong these days – for the return of our children, security guarantees, and increased pressure on Russia. We will do everything possible to strengthen our diplomatic positions, our army, and the support of our people,» Zelensky emphasized.
He noted that it is crucial for all meetings planned at the Assembly to yield results. «The most important thing is to act together, in unity with all partners. I am grateful to everyone who stands with Ukraine and is ready to work further for peace,» stated the President of Ukraine.
